This is a private, non-profit, interfaith organization that provides free home cooked meals to people of any age who are isolated and homebound. Collection of non-perishable food for the Archdiocesan Community Food Distribution Program. Donations may be left in the rear of the church on the third Sunday of each monthly.
Registered Nurses and other Health Care professionals volunteer their time and talents to promote health within the entire parish and establish programs to meet those needs. Offers free geriatric care management services to older adults and their caregivers within the Parish. Senior Care Partners is part of the Catholic Healthcare Services.
